I joined online. How do I get my card?

If you joined Nestlé Collect online, your card is due to be collected in your first visit at Nestlé Collect.

NOTE: It is important to bring your Nestlé Collect card with you when you come to the centre to collect or redeem your points.

I have lost my card. What do I do next?

If you have misplaced your Nestlé Collect card, kindly call our Customer Care department on freephone 8007 4114, email customercare@mt.nestle.com or visit our Nestlé Consumer Centre at Pantar Road, Lija, so that we can block your existing card, issue a new one and link it to your existing Nestlé Collect membership.
