At Nestlé, we recognise and appreciate the commitment many people show in caring for stray cats in their communities. Suppor ting responsible animal welfare has always been a value we respect, and for this reason, Nestlé Collect officially welcomes cat feeders to the Loyalty Programme.
Nestlé Collect is expanding! From 20 July 2026, registered cat feeders will officially be welcomed into the Nestlé Collect Loyalty Scheme.
Eligibility – How can I sign up?
To participate as a cat feeder, you must fall under one of the following categories:
- Registered Animal Welfare NGO
You are part of an officially registered animal welfare non‑governmental organisation. - Registered Voluntary Organisation (V/O)
Animal Welfare - You are a registered voluntary organisation whose primary focus is animal welfare. - Local Council-Approved Registered Cat Feeder
You have written acknowledgement from your local council confirming that you are an approved and registered cat feeder.
Once confirmed by Nestlé, as an eligible Cat Feeder, you may redeem your points for Nestlé cat food* as part of the rewards programme.
Send the relevant documentation from the authority (NGO or VO certificate or registration confirmation from the local Council) to customercare@mt.nestle.com.
You may also select up to 3 representatives who you authorise to collect and redeem on your behalf. In this case, please also submit the names and ID card numbers of your representatives (max. 3 people).
That's all. Once we have the details from you, we will update our system and you'll be ready to start redeeming your points for Nestlé cat food as part of the rewards programme.

Registration helps keep the Nestlé Collect programme fair and transparent, protecting its integrity for all participants. Thank you for your cooperation and continued support.
Cat food rewards are available by order only, either in person or by email at customercare@mt.nestle.com. Please note that collections cannot be made without a prior order.
All rewards must be collected in person from the Nestlé Consumer Centre for verification purposes.
Once your order has been successfully submitted, a Nestlé representative will contact you to confirm your collection date.

Cat Feeders are subject to the same maximum 10,000-point threshold, at which point the obligation to redeem applies. Points accumulated over the 10,000 threshold are valid for 3 months before deductions apply.
