Nestlé Collect Rewards

The Nestlé Collect Loyalty Scheme has been upgraded to a three tiered loyalty rewards programme. Members are assigned a Bronze, Silver or Gold category according to the range of products they exchange for points.

Categories will be assigned as follows:

  • Members who exchange up to 10% of products within the scheme will be categorised as Bronze Members.
    This means up to 27 different Nestlé products within the loyalty scheme.
  • Members who exchange from 11% up to 20% of prodcucts within the scheme will be categorised as Silver Members.
    This means from 28 up to 60 different Nestlé products within the loyalty scheme.
  • Members who exchange more than 21% of products within the scheme will be categorised as Gold Members.
    This means 61 and more different Nestlé products within the loyalty scheme.

Our system will categorise you automatically according to the products you exchange for points - the number of products needed to rank in a tier will accumulate over time. This means that if this week you bring in 10 different products, and next week you bring in 18 other different products, the total of these will be accumulated to tier you as Silver.

You are eligible for gifts according to your tier have a look at the gifts section. Each gift carries a badge.

What are the different reward types?
  • These type of rewards can be redeemed with Generic points. If you don’t have enough points these will taken from your NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto balance.

  • These type of rewards can only be redeemed with Nescafé Dolce Gusto points collected from NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto products.
