If you joined Nestlé Collect online, your card can only be collected on your first visit at Nestlé Collect Centre.
NOTE: It is important to bring your Nestlé Collect card with you when you come to the Nestlé Consumer Centre to collect or redeem your points.
If you have misplaced your Nestlé Collect card, we recommend checking thoroughly at home first.
If you are still unable to find it, please visit the Nestlé Consumer Centre on Pantar Road, Lija. Our team will block your existing card, issue a replacement card, and link it to your current Nestlé Collect account so that your points remain secure.
Please note: A 50-point administrative fee will be deducted from your account for the replacement of a Nestlé Collect card.
