To change your account information, including your email or mailing address please:
Step 1 – Login to www.nestle-collect.com using your current email address and password
Step 2 – Go to ‘My Profile’ in the top corner tab
Step 3 – Overwrite the information that you would like to update from the list
Step 4 – Click ‘Save Changes’
To reset a forgotten password for your Nestlé Collect account, please:
Step 1 – Visit www.nestle-collect.com
Step 2 – Go to Login and click ‘Click here’ to reset your password
Step 3 – Enter your email address
Step 4 – Check your email account. You will receive an automated email allowing you to rest the password.
Step 5 – Click on the ‘Reset password’ link on the email, enter your new password and click ‘Save’.
To refer a friend, login to your Nestlé Collect account. Then:
Step 1 – Scroll down to the ‘Invite your Friend’ banner
Step 2 – Enter your friend’s name and email address, and click ‘Invite a Friend’
NOTE: Your 25 bonus points will be credited to your account once your friend starts collecting points. If your friend already has a Nestlé Collect account, you will not be eligible for the free 25 points.
The points are indicated in your personal Nestlé Collect account.
Login to view your balance. You can also view your current point balance on your last Nestlé Collect receipt, or by vising our Nestlé Consumer Center.
If your points are not showing up on your account, kindly ensure that you are Logged In.
If you are, and the points are still not showing up, kindly call our Customer Care on freephone 8007 4114, email email@example.com or visit our Nestlé Consumer Center at Pantar Road, Lija.
In order to block your account, kindly call our Customer Care Department on freephone 8007 4114, email firstname.lastname@example.org or visit our Nestlé Consumer Center at Pantar Road, Lija, so that we can block your account.
NOTE: Kindly note that once the account is cancelled any points on the terminated account will be lost and cannot be recovered.
