How do I redeem my points?

You can redeem your points at the Nestlé Consumer Centre. The more points you accumulate, the larger your reward will be.

NOTE: It is important to bring both your Nestlé Collect card and ID card when redeeming points.

What gifts are available in the scheme?

To view the points required for a particular gift, kindly click on the ‘Rewards’ tab. Most of our rewards are redeemable against all collected points. 

NOTE: To redeem your points, kindly visit our Nestlé Consumer Center. It is important to bring both your Nestlé Collect card and ID card with you.

How many points do I require for a gift?

To view the points required for a particular gift kindly click on the ‘Rewards’ tab. The number of points needed is indicated under (or next to) each gift. Click for an explanation of points.

Why can`t you accept my product?

The product’s barcode is not being accepted by the system. This means that Nestlé Malta simply cannot provide points for this particular product. Our system has been built upon our products directly imported and commercialised by Nestlé Malta Ltd and hence, even for traceability purposes, our system only recognises the products that are in our database system.

Unfortunately, our system does not read/ recognise other barcodes and hence these products cannot be accepted into the database.  We apologise, but the system is connected to our products import system, and while we are absolutely available of taking your packaging for better recyclability, unfortunately no points can be awarded for this packaging.
